Creative sues Apple over iPod interface

Looks like Creative is going after Apple for its iPod interface.

This means that the non-existent shit has hit the fan and that Creative has decided to use their bullshit patent to push the iPod out of the market that Creative sucks in. How fucking ironic.

It's down for my cluster. Whatever. I've got to get going soon, so this is just going to be quick...

I don't know how many people are going to take this seriously, but it should be, and I hope it is.

There's two more days until the election. And there's no clear-cut leader in many states, hell, over the entire nation. No one can tell you how the election is going to go. And if all goes well, we have the lesser of two evils in office. But will it? I doubt it. I really don't see Kerry winning this election. I see Bush finding some way, be it clean or illegal (I'm willing to bet it's illegal) and we'll have four more years of wars, poverty, hatred, and disillusion.

I'm still trying to figure out how people can even support Bush. It's plan and simple that he's some fucking idiot who just happened to "win" the election. By "win" I mean that his hencemen (or woman in this case) blocked the votes of thousands of African-American voters just because their name was similar...SIMILAR...to that of a convict...IN ANOTHER STATE. This is just insane. And our economy has gone to shit regardless of 9/11 or not. Can't forget to mention that the middle class now carries the brunt of the taxes when it shouldn't be that way. Or that the corporate pigs now recieve more money than ever because good ol' Farmer Bush had to close the hole in the bottom of the trough that should've been left open. Oh, and not to mention that numerous companies have filed for bankrupcty, thousands are out of work, and I'm not getting a proper education because everything is based off retarded test scores which tell people shit. But it just sickens me that people can even consider him a good choice for president...

So I went through and deleted all the blogs under my name except for this one and Falling Bomb. This is going to be more open than anything, and it's going to be nothing close to my livejournal, which most of you can't read anyway. So ha.
